Carolinian lacks taste

I was just curious how The Carolinian can see itself as a serious newspaper when it prints articles that contain not just a few words of profanity, but several, including abbreviations of WTF on some occasions, and the word itself on others.
Also, how is it possible that one of your articles is devoted completely to sex, and not just things that are helpful, like safe sex advice, etc. but instead things like sexual experiences, dreams, and so forth? It seems like something that should be put included in a Playboy magazine, or some other pornographic source rather than a student run newspaper representing a public university.
It makes the whole school look disgraceful when we have articles that lack taste, and writers that lack tact.
