Organizations may be wondering what is going on with their special allocation budgets for Fall 2007.

In the Oct. 9 Student Government Association Senate meeting, it was announced that budgets have yet to be approved by the House.

"They will be given all the time they need to talk about [the budgets] and discuss them at their meeting," said John Bryant, president of SGA

In other news, UNCG students can look forward to extending their hours of study at Jackson Library. Hours of operations will soon change to 24 hours a day, five days a week, although the date of effect is still pending.

"It will be in place sometime next semester," commented Bryant.

As stated at the meeting, the attorney general reports number of incidents for the week of Oct. 2-8 is as follows:

-eight for alcohol

-10 for behavior

-one for delay and obstruction

-three for drug

-one for falsification

-three for miscellaneous/other

-one for threat

-one for academic integrity

-22 for advocacy

Senate meetings are held weekly in the Claxton Room of EUC and are open to all students.
