There has to be a set of testing standards established by the State in order for the system to function correctly, however measurement can not be conducted on a broad scale.

The current education system is failing the youth of America because of a statistical obsession that the numbers don’t lie and it is leaving America in the global economic dust. Failed educational policy in Washington and Raleigh must change.

Greener pastures await for America’s youth, and as the elephants walk again, does the green grass grow where the elephants go?
